The World Centre is an office development with a 30-storey tower and a 3-storey annex building located along Gil Puyat and with access along H.V. Dela Costa within Makati’s Central Business District. It is owned by Megaworld Corp. with several units owned by individual corporations.

It was designed and planned by Filipino architectural firm W.V. Coscolluela & Associates, in cooperation with international architectural firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM). The building’s exterior is clad with glossy curtain walls, and has a spire for communications and transmission. The building also has a helicopter deck area at the roof deck.
