SM Mall of Asia Complex is a 67-hectare reclaimed land in Pasay City developed by the country’s biggest conglomerate–SM Prime. It is located at the southern end of Metro Manila’s main thoroughfare — EDSA.

The estate has hotels, office buildings, a convention center, an arena, residential condominiums, a theme park, event spaces, a church, and the mall at its centerpiece.

Currently there are six office buildings on its Northern side conveniently named: One E-com, Two E-com, Three E-com, Four E-com, Five E-com, and Six E-com. While on the Southern side, there is MAAX Building and NU Tower. All of the offices in the complex are large in size and are labelled Class A buildings. Notable tenants include Amazon, Alorica, MicroSourcing, EXL, Teleperformance, Concentrix, Royal Carribean, TSA Group, Visa, and VXI.

The mall is biggest in the country spanning 590,000.00 square meters of retail space. It features fashion retail stores, service shops, food and dining areas, a game park, cinemas and IMAX theatre, and an al-fresco rooftop park called the ”MOA Sky”.  The area attracts a daily average foot traffic of about 200,000 people.

Future developments for the mall will expand its area to 650,000.00 square meters upon completion.

Within the complex are two other shopping malls that are separate from the mall– S Maison–a luxury mall part of the Conrad Hotel and LUXE Duty Free Mall of Asia–located across Six E-com building.

Hotel establishments are Conrad Hotel, Lanson Place, and Tryp by Wyndham Manila.

Residential towers in the complex are Sea Residences, Shell Residences, S Residences, and the upcoming ICE Tower.

SM Mall of Asia Complex is undergoing expansion
